    I'm just remarking about what I saw as an undergrad at two colleges, and 
what my father saw teaching at those two colleges.  Not only my father, but 
other profs had trouble with students coming to class stoned or just cutting 
class.

    "Anecdotal accounts" do say what the observer saw, unless he is lying.
    Neither my father nor I are lying about the discipline problems commonly 
faced by profs in small private colleges.
