They haven't, at least not "full time." I think it just depends on how much 
money you spend, and what kind of mood the salesperson is in. Last year I had 
to pay for mine, but my mom was in there getting a battery put in her 
calculator, and they gave her one. Then this year, I bought one when I when I 
was making another purchase, and a few weeks later I was in there ordering 
some parts for my scanner, and they gave me another one.
