There are many highly technical issues that you could put 3 lawyers and 3
judges in the same room and have 6 different opinions about the same
question. This is the reason for the Good Faith Exception, not something dark
and sinister, just common sense. This question involves a technical error
that shouldn't allow a criminal to go free, not something that some PR squad
needs to cover up. You took a subject that you obviously don't understand and
tried to sling mud at the police again. You need to select subjects you are
more familiar with.
