   I agree with you. From what I have read, the Feds are basing a lot of 
their arguement on quantity. Let's face it, 3 or 4 drums of fertilizer is 
a lot for your typical suburban back yard.  
 
   What really scares me is when the govt decides to do something about 
folks who have the "materials" to commit rape......:-{
