My family split things up a little like that as well.. The first three (me
included there) were pretty close in age, but the last three were more
years apart than the rest of us :)

Well, my perceptions of that kind of stuff are definitely colored by my
discussions with my husband.. he studied  psychology at Johns Hopkins.. but
it's also colored by watching my own kids, and my sisters/brother

In my family, that was definitely true.. youngest being spoiled a lot..
_and_ the oldest was spoiled too though  .. Matter of fact I was
the only normal, unspoiled one :) :)

Hmm.. no difference here with my sisters/brother, etc.
