I've bought LOTS of RS stuff, almost none of it has ever gone bad. A
few things did fail after extended use (as expected), much of the rest I
either still have or gave to friends. Only 2 things can I remember
going bad within what I'd call an 'unacceptably short' time after
purchase, and both were replaced or repaired under warranty.
