         I agree that most people that have ideas which we all do have some
should just send it to Paramount and let them decide.  Of course i don't mind
expressing my opinion when people share their ideas in here.  If you are 
curious
to my opinion about a klingon series.  I don't think there is need for a 
series
based on Klingons.  I think when we saw STTNG, and seen DS9 and VOYAGER, that 
the way these shows mix up everybody of a crew of a ship or station.  These
shows is all we ever needed to learn about everyone's favorite aliens.

is no real reason out there in the world today that would justify a new show
when we get enough from the shows that we see today.  There is many examples
to share to why the shows we see now is enough.  To why we don't need more or
else other people would say why not have a show based on Cardassians and then
Romulens.  Probably is the main reason why Paramount did the shows that we

now so people would see everything.  Now lets say that our friend who came up
with the idea of having a new television series based on Klingons send a 
letter
or e mail to Paramount about it.  What they would most likely send back to

in response is that they would consider doing more episodes of DS9 or Voyager
with klingons or simply say that they will not do the show because there is

reason for it.  As for your idea above about some sort of special operations
in Star Fleet.  I am sure there is something though no one really said 
anything
about it.  But if you sended a letter to Paramount about it, they probably 
tell
you the same thing but would consider using the idea of a DS9 or Voyager 
episode
where they would show you what you wanted to see which is some sort of 
pecial
operations program in Star Fleet.  You get enough and perhaps more from the 
shows we see now.  There is no need for more shows.
