Y'know, now that you mention it, I don't know a vendor off the top of my 
ead.
I know HP sells their NetServers with built-in RAID but I don't know if they
sell a separate box.  Any decent computer store (maybe CompUSA but I suspect
it'll need to be one of the more professionally-oriented stores) should at
least have info.  If you have a local source for hard drives, etc., you 
hould
be able to get info thru them...
