So, are you also concluding that he started UWSA as the vehicle to put
pressure on NAFTA? Is this UWSA's only purpose?

I would think that you would also think that UWSA would simply dissappear now
because it's purpose has past. I don't believe this...for many reasons. First,
their increased interest in getting "online" sounds like we (UWSA) are not
going to be going away.

I just don't think Ross would put so much on the line for an investment like
that. It would have been just as smart to play both sides of the issue, and it
would have been alot less expensive...in terms of money, and
personal/political capital.
