I'll say!  You need to push for better advertising for the course!
Good luck with the re-schedule.  You may need to take things into your own 
hands and make sure that at least that the folks who took WB I with you also 
take WB II.
I just got back from an overnighter on the U.S.S. Alabama with 15 scouts and 
4 other adults.  There were 6 other organizations there for a total of about 
175 boys.  No other troops but 2 packs. Had a great time!
