I got some "hard" red wheat seeds from my local seed warehouse
distributor. They sell them by the pound, and they sprout beautifully,
and taste great! The owner told me that the "soft" wheat doesn't sprout
as well, but he didn't say why. I think I might get a bit of it just to
see for myself.
