wait, it gets better.... I forgot this one little point..
We pick a guy out from the crowd at one point and accuse him of giving
Ira the eye.  Then we go into `Do Do Do, Going Up the Backdoor' (CCR).
It never fails to elicit howls of laughter.
This time, all the other comics were picking on a guy they called Kojak.
He was, obviously, quite without hair.  Fairly massive and scary
looking, he was a really good sport.  Turns out he's a prison guard.
So Ira asks if he has romantic intentions toward him, and he immediately
agrees.  In fact, to punctuate the point, he comes up behind Ira, grabs
him by the .... ummmm... midsection, lifts him up, and starts banging
into him from the rear.
The crowd was beside themselves.  We finished up the set, and then found
out that the guy had *seriously* grabbed Ira at that place, effectively
neutralizing the prisoner (or was that neutering?).  He told us he was
literally black and blue.
Even more troubling was how he was going to explain it to his insecure
wife.  :)
Just another night with the Fish.
Meanwhile, I think Ira got his number :)
