Yes the form, if you look in the top of the code you will see a list of
all components placed on the form, all the components are *owned* by the
form, this also means things placed on top of each other!
You understand it ??

Okay, lets say we have a panel (you know that silver thing
we can place things on ;) and place something on the panel,
now the panel is a parent for the thing you placed on it
and the thing you placed has a parent property that points to the panel
a form own the controls on it. (as you can see in the top)
