Hi again Matrika.
Sorry for the long delay in returning your message. It was only a
day or two after I wrote last that my modem desided to take a dump
on me. I guess it was ment to be that way any how. It was only
2400 baud / 9600 fax.
Any way, I think I mentioned to you that I got clean in jail,
was introduced to A.A. after getting out of jail and then to
N.A. shortly after. However it was not A.A. that "got" me sober.
I made a decision with the "help" of others to stay clean.
The program today assists me in my willingness to do the next
right thing.
M> Hope was where it began for me, so I certainly can't lose hold of it now,
M> can I?
Hope and faith are both funny things. It seems to me that they are
both contingent on my honesty, openmindedness and willingness.
If I am short on any of these, it seems that I am also short on faith
and hope. Or I am questioning what gods will for me is.
I am not near perfect and do cross these lines sometimes.
Marty
Thanks for reminding me of this.
