Windows 2003 SP2, Active Directory, No ISA server.

what about .. You have a file server, it has few resources Shared (simple
CIFS shared folders). You want SAME users when connecting from IPAddress1
to have Allow on share, but SAME users when connecting from IPAddress2 to
have Deny on share.

Easiest way.
Sounds trivial ... :)
