He may be a fine person, but he's a bad umpire. And his comments following
the game didn't do much for his integrity either, as he pretty much admitted
that he has his own set of rules.

I don't know why everyone's making such a big deal out of that one pitch,
other than it ended the series. He was calling that same pitch all day long.
As soon as I saw the pitch I knew it was going to be called a strike, though
there's no way McGriff could have reached it, even if he was right up on the
plate.

Yep, I saw several of those, too. Glavine had several on the inside corner
at the belt that were called high. But then other pitches that were way off
the plate were called strikes. Amazing.
