HA...A Channell Catfish will tolerate most conditions with ease the main 
problems are it soon outgrows most tanks and its secretive nocturnal 
nature...Without a place to hide during the day he will not be happpy and 
when he comes out to forage LOOK OUT...BTW When he does outgrow your tank 
please do not release him into any water that does not already have channell 
cats they are an agressive dominate predator...If you like the catfish family 
try madtoms the Minatures of the North Americvan Catfish maximan size about 6 
inches...there are dozens of varieties...............
