New options added:
   -PASVSRVIP: - Override server IP address for passive FTP
   -PASVPORTS:  - Specify port range for passive FTP
   -PASVOFFSET:   - Add x to reported data stream port for passive FTP

If it's already working behind a firewall, it's likely you have a 
connection tracking firewall with intelligent FTP handling that's 
translating the reported address on the fly, so the override won't be 
needed.  Also, connections to localhost will not be overridden.
