I have been away from home and just saw your message. The high here is 17C
but the low is drifting down to around 0C by rest of the week (you can keep
your -21C.)

On the other hand you probably have not been getting the rain we have. It
has been raining for almost a day and the rain is supposed to last through
Wednesday.
