thru heavy wire resistors via a thermal magnetic breaker and industrial
microswitches. The transmission is two stage- primary by toothed thin rubber
flat belt [like a motor car camshaft], secondary by steel chain and sprockets.
No lubrication prescribed, all bearings are sealed nil maintenance type.


Foam filled puncture proof tyres.

Two- finger speed/ direction control.

Auto regenerative braking. Energy efficient.

Has parking brake and shopping basket. Brake is not used "on the
move" because
the motor/ control characteristics limit the down hill speed [the battery
is partly recharged then] and when the speed controller is released, the
vehicle stops.

Complete with deep- cycle battery, charger and Instruction Book.

Current models, microprocessor controlled, cost more than $4000.

These machines are favoured for shopping and gardening. This one is good also
indoors as the seat is on a rotating base, and latches as required at plus
minus 90 and 180 deg, so user may work or eat at a table.

Gardening, can carry two buckets of soil/ whatever- one on running board, one
of front mudguard.
