actually in this case yes I believe I am the one who started the fire, at
least initially.. On the public security lists I started questioning if
anyone had ever investigated the security of these backup agents since they
have full and complete access to everything on the machine and got a bunch
of private responses about specific security issues with them. I then
condensed all the responses into a single email which I set to about 5 of
the security companies who are now getting this stuff fixed.
If I remember, I posted here about it as well.
