Hardly an alternative. There are plenty of people who own small businesses 
who 
work harder and for less money than they ever would working for another 
person.
Owning a small business means working for your creditor!  Again, yes, there 
are
some people who make it and live the life of luxury you describe. Most of the 
time, though, that does not happen.
