   Did you change the topic to time shifting because you believe it has =
some relevance or are you just trying to change the topic again?  And, =
owning a tivo like owning a VCR has you doing the shifting not a third =
party so your attempt to make a connection between your downloading a =
pirated movie and this fails completely on this point.  It also fails =
because there is no DVD involved, the ownership of the physical media of =
such was your justification for downloading a pirated copy.  Again no =
connection to tivo.
