 I believev they ALSO have some type of Incoem Tax. But as far as them 
bringing in equipment they have to Pay an Import Tax at least vequal to the 
VAT. And incidently Bringing one Back to hte United States with Un Blocked 
Cell Phone Frequencies is ILLEGAL and will be Confiscated by Customs if 
declared. And if Smuggled and one is caught the Price is Far Higher then just 
the Loss of the Scanner.
