Ah, I'll one you up though. Most crime in general (property crime) is 
committed
by poor people. Why not go after the major problem - poverty?

But don't you see that we live under a system where cops are given great 
favor 
in the court, on television, etc. It is the job of the PD PR team to cover up 
anything that happens. Even in the court system we have the 'good faith' 
exception ... why do we give cops good faith, when so many people that they 
arrest never would?
