Anyone used/using the OpenGL for windows library?
    I DL'd the microsoft OpenGL SDK and the Silicon Graphics SDK; however,
    there's absolutely no documentation for the microsoft one. The SG SDK
    has documentation and examples, but terrible documentation.
    I could use a good web page (and not www.opengl.org) that defines
    all the  functions and shows very simple examples of how
    each effects the library.
