        FYI, the Military services maintain central data info services.  If
you are authorized to have such information, you may inquire through the
appropriate Data center for information.  Otherwise, any military service
seems to be only requirement to be able to lie your tail off about everything
that has ever happened under the sun.  Of course that is a form of fraud, but
it only edifies the teller of the stories.
        When you spin yarns about someone else, that's libel and caninjure
someone else.  It also damages the originator's spirit.  EX: One such
non-religeous individual made all sorts of claims to many people about a
`religeous person'.  That person's rep was damaged, but disipated over the
years.  At the time of this writing, all individuals who received the lies 
nd
believed them are quite separated and don't care to even be around one 
nother
anymore.  Thus, one man's lies about another gained him some importance, but
eventually everyone involved was damaged to the point that all fellowship was
lost.
        Murmering profits no one and the one whogossips usually finds
themselves all alone.
        Best to leave well enough alone and separate yourself from the 
stories.
