I wish {chuckle} though there IS a freeware Basic that cross-compiles for 
Windows, OSX and Linux (QB64) but I don't use it ... sorry. If you know someone 
that does, when I'm done with my program, I may release the source if you want 
to have someone try porting PB/CC5 to Qb64. :)

Note I am writing a minimal implementation, but one that covers all the bases 
needed for the FIDONet Echolist as it exists today. The Import/Export functions 
for manipulating multiple Echobase database files is not available.
