I ended up with a McCloud flywheel and clutch assembly at 2500lbs.  I had to 
beef up all the clutch linkage, gusset the z-bar and just side step it when I 
launched. At stoplights, I had to leave it in neutral until it was time to 
go.  Otherwise the knees would start to shake and wobble until the clutch 
pedal got to be more than my leg could handle.
... I'm cleverly disguised as a responsible adult...
