 If I recall the thread correctly this had to do with a piece by
 Schulman.  He's specifically embargoed FIDO RKBA, and possibly
 FIREARMS, although I'm not sure of the latter.
 His standard disclaimer includes permission to repost to bbs's in most
 cases.
