I just brought an English budgie home from a pet store.    She'd been
there a long time and she wore me down on our last trip there.    She
has a band on her right leg.   Is there a way to find out where she
came from?    The store owner stated he had no idea, although I have a
hunch she was turned in by a previous owner because her band says 03,
so she's not a baby.    I've done a brief search online, but haven't
found a specific site or even much information on specific bands.
