Nolan was heard muttering to Paul Nixon
 about Plastic
NP> Myself to, pretty much. If a store wants to have all transactions
NP> supervised by a dancing Holstein in a purple tutu, that's fine with
Well, I dunno if I could go for that...
NP> But if you as a business try to tell me that we have to have the
NP> dancing cow to conduct business, or that you have to have me fill out
NP> all these forms, especially if you give me a song and dance about
NP> "someone" requiring it, I'll push back. Don't try to tell me we have
In the specific instance I detailed all the bs stuff came after the
initial sale. The initial sale was effortless, it was the exchange
that was bogus. And I wouldn't have been too excited if I had had to
give some of that information in order to get a cash refund.
PN> But I'm not a "go along to get along" kinda guy. If the service is
PN> terrible I bitch. If the service is above expectation I compliment.
PN> If I don't get what I pay for, or if a business does something or
PN>has a policy that I believe to be inappropriate I let them know what
 PN>I think.
NP> Are you saying you don't have a problem with a store requiring
NP> extensive personal information prior to selling ammo? For it seems to
Huh? How'd we get here? I've never had any kind of questions when
buying ammo...except "cash, check er charge."
There's no question that I'm of legal age, there's no reason for
anybody to ask me anything about the sale, and I've never had the
 experience of being asked anything.
