Hello all,
           I've got the poo's with this 6.5% growth in the economy
that is being touted by our fuckwit pollies as the best resulkt in
the civilised world.

  The Oz GDP in 1994 is around.... $450 Bn

  6.5% growth.....................  $29 Bn

  The deficit is.................... $9 Bn
  The current accounts losss is.... $22 Bn

  Total loss........................$31Bn

  What growth? We overspent $31 Bn and got $29 Bn back on growth,
which means that we actually *lost* $2 Bn for a 0.4% drop in the
economy.

  I can see why they're so excited though. It's the best we've done in
10 years... only a 0.4% loss! Whoopee! You never know, one of these
days we might even pay our own way. Pity about the 2.4% inflation...
