Yes, I received both blocks, and of the two - I liked the first one best.

I too have been doing some clothes sewing.  I will be going to another serger 
class tomorrow night and will learn how to do tshirts.  I haven't done one,

it should be really interesting.  
I picked up a new book yesterday.  It is called "Sew Many Embellishments" by 
Nancy Zieman.  I started doing some things out of it last night - basic 
couching, and embellished couching.  I think I want to work through this book 
page by page.  It looks really easy to do most of the things, and I will be 
doing them on quilt blocks I think.  One block per each technique (or two).  
The book looks really interesting, and I am really glad I got it.
