Yes, I just watched it this afternoon, and it was VERY creepy, one of the 
best Night Stalkers of this short-lived retool version.  Although I had a 
funny moment while watching....

When I saw Mira without hair late in the episode, I probably found it less 
disturbing than the average "Night Stalker" viewer who wasn't
also a fan of 
B5.  Because she looks, ya know, _natural_ that way.  To me.  IMHO.  YMMV.
