 Actually, I was thinking more on the lines that they were using the
 enhanced 32 bit mode which is available in Win 3.11. However Donna said
 she was using the earlier version of Windows. Therefore that still didn't
 seem right, because Donna claimed it worked for her as well.
 So, you offer a rather interesting possibility. Although I find that
 possibility quite illogical for Microsoft. Whereas, it doesn't seem
 logical for them to offer a 16 bit version when they are so adamant
 about EVERYONE moving to the new OS (Win95), which they claim can run
 in conjunction with their new browser MS IE 4.0.
