You are using DOS+Windows 95.
Look at the 4DOS on-line help for starting 4DOS, and note the circumstances
it describes in which the /D switch is passed to 4DOS by DOS+Windows 95. If
you set Debug=1 in your 4DOS.INI you will notice that DOS+Windows 95 often
uses a command tail of "C:\4DOS /D /K AUTOEXEC" to start the command
processor in such situations.
