IMO, it would lead to more home runs, because pitchers would be forced to 
throw over the plate, but you'd also see more strikeouts, because they'd get 
the high pitch (which can also lead to more home runs).  The power pitchers 
would really benefit, but the finesse pitchers would have a tougher time.
