And even if there are no "problem" students, the style of teaching
has to change, usually for the worse: less one-on-one teaching, more
Socratic lecture style teaching, fewer evaluations, less tailoring
of the curriculum to suit different learning styles and abilities,
less time and patience to deal with students' personal problems that
are disrupting learning, less energy during prep time to come up
with quality teaching material and presentations..
