By commercial, I assume you mean consumer rather than Pro Audio, such as
the Antex Studio Card or the DAL Card D+.  After using the Card D+, I hate
to recommend any consumer cards anymore.  If I have to, I'd say the AWE64
Gold with a Roland/Edirol SCD-15 daughtercard.  I say this because it's a
freaking de facto standard, which I hate.  Others to consider are the
MaxiSound Home Studio 64 and the MediaTrix line.
