"They" being the 3rd party developers and plain old hobbyists.  Aside from 
Battle Sphere and Worms, I doubt there will be any more commercial releases, 
but I suspect the Jaguar Server hack will become fairly popular.  It is 
doubtful that Atari itself will produce any more Jaguar games under Hasbro 
Interactive, though it looks like they'll be releasing old Jaguar (and other 
systems) games for PC and newer consoles.
