You guys keep sending that stuff our way.  Here in Rochester NY, we get 
53 degrees one day, and then an arctic blast from up your way drops us to -2 
below zero F. the next day. That can be quite a shock to the system. Wish you 
coulda sent us some snow for Christmas.  ;-)
