OK so many people think ritalin is making zombies out of kids.  I have twins 
boys now 9 soon to be 10.  They where on ritalin for almost 3 years until I 
said no more and the doctor agreed.  We wound up moving and they started a 
new school the first thing we discussed was that the boys would not go back 
on ritalin.  Well here we are it's spring break and it's been hard and very 
rough.  I have started messing with herbs and lo- and behold I have found 
something that helps them.  A multi-vitamin and the herb valarian that can be 
pick-up almost at any store wal-mart has it for under 5 dollars give it to 
them as needed.  You have to work with it to get the dosage right but it is 
natural with no bad side-effects. And kids need vitamins so you kill two 
birds with one stone there.
