Greetings I've got a Zyxel 1496b (internal) and the manual says that
the &J1 command is for "multiple modem/phone lines RJ12/RJ13
phonejack ".Does this mean I can connect Two lines to the modem and
switch between them with At&J ? if so what are the pinouts for the
second line ?
 On a similar note here in New Zealand we use a mixture of UK, USA and
other "standards", caller ID and distinctive rings have in the last year
or so become available but not in the form that the Zyxel supports.My
Roms are ver 6.15 how might I go about changing the code to support our
system ? Zyxel were asked by our master distributer about a year ago for
a distinctive ring update but as yet no update :-( Any body fiddled
with this ?
