o The rules do not forbid it, therefore it is allowed.

o Not only do the rules not forbid it, FTA-1001 par 3.1 says this about
  the responsibilities of the administrator:

  4. Coordinating all membership nominations and voting.

o It has been done this way in the 2007. 2009, 2011 and 2013 elections.

o There is no conflict of interest because the election coordinator
  is not the bean counter. The voting takes place in the open, all the
  participants in this echo are bean counters.
