  I'm wrong from both sides :).  BTW,  the  word "Washington", in
Russian, has  a  strike  on  the  last part of the word, the long
"ton". Word "Moscow"  has a strike on the first part, but russian
word "Moskva" has a strike on the last part, long "a".
