Hmmm... I think this was YOUR issue, not the original
issue?  I think we can concede that drinking is a bigger
problem in college than in high school, though it's a
problem at both levels... I suspect it's NOT much of a
problem in elementary school...  BTW, if this is to
become a "drinking" thread, it's drifting off-topic...
