Canada is in America. I actually replaced "USA" by America. But I see...  
even Canadians don't think that they are Americans, because the original  
meaning no longer exists. Okay: "North America"

Next thing is that you want to conquer the world and try to dominate all  
the more primitive cultures that do not speak english. Well we have been  
there, tried that and... it didn't work.
