The second-level "Protected Recycle" has always been slightly
buggy, even in the glory days of Norton.  With so many utils around that
really sweep "Recycled, temp and Prefetch for everything, I expect NSW
to become confused.

Badmouthing Norton has become a sport now even in the popular media. 
Expect a fall.  All this stupid stuff comes from the top, you know.  And
the top always has the golden parachutes.  And so goes the world.
