The same stuff is advertised in dog circles for dogs who're chomping
their fur and skin. It doesn't work any better on them than on birds.
From the reading I've done, I believe that if there is no physical
cause for feather-plucking, the bird needs more attention from its
owner (or designated bonded human-person).
